To file for a divorce you need to check with you local governmental office to obtain the paperwork.  Once you obtain the paperwork, you can fill it out and it will take only a short time.  Once filled out you will need to submit it to your local office with the appropriate fee, if any.

Can anybody get divorced?

Yes, anyone can get divorced as long as you have been married.
