A prenuptial agreement is a written contract between two people who are about to wed, that states how assets will be divided in the event of a divorce or death.
The agreement should be fair and reasonable. Both parties should offer full disclosure as well as have their own independent counsel, and ensure that an agreement is formed months before the wedding.
Who should consider a Prenuptial Agreement?
